Wayne
Conkle’s love for horses dates back to his childhood. Aside from a few year hiatus in
the corporate world, Wayne has been professionally training Walking Horses for
over 40 years and his resume’ lists multiple World, International, and State
Championships in various disciplines including Western, English, Performance,
Driving, Halter, and Versatility. He also specializes in starting colts and
making well-rounded horses that are great trail or pleasure mounts.
Additionally, Wayne has coached several equitation champions and prides himself
on training horses for the amateur rider where finding the right fit between
horse and rider is paramount.
Tracy Pinson
is living a life-long dream with TWH’s….to show the
horse world that walking horses can be taught to do anything that other breeds
can, and do it smoothly. Any time off from her career in consumer goods
marketing is spent working with her horses. In addition to raising and training
several Supreme Versatility Champions, Tracy’s accomplishments span over 30
years and include a host of rail and versatility titles including world and
international championships. Most recently, she won Craig Cameron’s Extreme
Cowboy Race Non-Pro World Championship in Topeka, KS. She is also a certified
riding instructor, certified trail riding instructor, and clinician for
versatility and youth judging.
